TRAIN HARD, TRAIN SAFE

Our instructors offer professional and safe training. The exercises are varied and develop physical strength, self-confidence as well as threat assessment skills. We also offer instructor courses depending on the presented skill level and experience of an instructor candidate.

 

 

ADVENTURE, CHALLENGE, SATISFACTION

Our instructors are carefully selected based on their fighting and teaching skills and promote a friendly training atmosphere. The intensity of the training is constantly raised to higher levels in order to provide a constant challenge to our students. At the same time we provide comfortable conditions of training to give our students the sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

THE BODY, THE MIND, THE SKILLS

 

Physical training.

During training a person's physical abilities are used with maximum efficiency, thus quickly developing strength, speed and endurance.

Mental training.

This aspect of the training focuses on mental discipline. A strong mind is necessary to gain the upper hand in a conflict. We teach our students how to control their reactions and emotions in order to use them in a dangerous situation.

Technical and tactical training.

During this part of training we teach the fighting skills necessary to overpower any opponent. Our students also learn: how to assess the level of threat, understanding their surroundings and fast decision making. This helps them to gain a tactical advantage in a life threatening situation that may occur any day.
